David E. Gutowski is a 1991 summa cum laude graduate of Canisius College and a 1994 graduate of the SUNY at Buffalo School of Law. He was admitted to practice in New York in 1995 and is a partner at Zdarsky, Sawicki & Agostinelli, LLP. David handles general civil litigation including trials and appeals in state, federal and tribal courts, with concentrations in business litigation and family and matrimonial law.

He has represented businesses and individuals in complex litigation involving contract disputes, corporate governance, partnership disputes, fiduciary liability, fraud, trade secret and non-compete issues, real property and regulatory compliance. David represents creditors in individual and class actions in federal courts throughout the country, including claims alleging violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). He also represents individuals in matrimonial actions and other family law proceedings in New York State Supreme Court and Family Court, as well as in the Courts of the Seneca Nation of Indians.
