Program Overview
An Apple A Day (AAAD) is a literacy-based substance abuse prevention education program that helps to build and reinforce skills needed to make good behavior choices at home and at school. This program is geared toward children in pre-kindergarten through 4th grade. The program focuses on strengthening literacy skills, development of positive friendships, how to identify a safe person and a safe place, self-esteem, respect for self and others.
Due to the pandemic and the need for remote learning, this program is now offered virtually. For more information, please contact Ann Rossetti.
